RPG Dialogue NPC

Stationary NPC Dialog Loop + Customizable UI Overlay = Nostalgia (?)

Note: Currently bugged to skip over the second dialog point the first cycle through -- will troubleshoot further and fix after I have a nap or three. Also doesn't totally scale with different browser windows atm. (These are Tomorrow Problems.)
